How delivery works with us.

The Kosher Shop is a marketplace of small businesses. Every order is packed and dispatched directly by the seller, from their own business.
Delivery costs are shown in your basket and at checkout before you pay, with no surprises. If you buy from several sellers in one basket, each seller sends their parcel separately and delivery is calculated per seller. Some sellers offer free delivery above a certain amount; you will see this on the product page and in your basket.
The delivery time is shown on the product page or the seller’s shop page. Fresh products, handmade items and items made to order can take longer, and this is stated on the page.
The product page shows where each item is sent from. This site delivers to the European Union countries shown at checkout. For other countries, choose your country at Choose your country.
You will get an email confirmation after you order. When the seller dispatches your order, you will get an update with the delivery details and a tracking number where available. You can always see your order status in “My account”.
Contact the seller through “My account” within 14 days of the day the parcel arrived or should have arrived. No reply within 3 working days? Contact us and we will take care of it.
Please check that the address and phone number on your order are correct. Need to change the address after ordering? Contact the seller straight away, before the order is dispatched.
