How to cancel an order and return a product.

Every product on this site is sold by the seller shown on the product page, and the seller handles cancellations and returns. We are here to make sure it happens properly.
Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU) and the national laws of EU countries, you can cancel an online purchase within 14 days of the day you (or someone you name) receive the goods, without giving a reason. If your order arrives in several parcels, the 14 days start when you receive the last one.
The simplest way: “My account” → “Returns & replacements”, and choose the order. You can also send us a clear statement by email to info@thekoshershop.eu with your order number, and we will pass it to the seller. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to.
Send or hand back the goods to the seller without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after you tell us you are cancelling. Unless the seller says otherwise, you pay the direct cost of returning the goods. Please return them in reasonable packaging; you only need to pay for any loss in value caused by handling the goods more than necessary to check them.
The refund, including the standard delivery cost you paid, goes back to the payment method you used, within 14 days of the day we receive your cancellation. The seller may wait to refund until they receive the goods back or you show proof that you have sent them, whichever is earlier.
The right to cancel does not apply to, for example:
If such a product arrives faulty or different from its description, you are of course entitled to a solution.
Under EU law you have a legal guarantee of at least two years: goods must be as described and free from defects. If they are not, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
Contact the seller through “My account” within 14 days of delivery, ideally with a photo. No reply within 3 working days? Contact us and we will take care of it.
Some sellers offer more generous return terms. If so, they appear on the seller’s shop page. Your legal rights always apply.
