Our commitment

The Kosher Shop works to make this website accessible to people with disabilities, in line with the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882), and we aim to meet EN 301 549 and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.

What we have done

• A “Skip to content” link at the top of every page
• A clear heading structure and logical reading order
• Keyboard navigation across the site
• Alternative text for images
• Sufficient colour contrast and text that can be enlarged in the browser
• Layouts adapted to phones and tablets
• Forms with field labels and clear error messages

What isn’t perfect yet

The site is still developing, and product and shop pages are partly created by the sellers themselves. Some content, such as images or documents uploaded by sellers, may not yet be fully accessible. We keep checking and improving.
